Ok...we
all have been hearing about Gun Control in the headlines for years.
While I haven't had time to fully read every detail about
what they are talking about, I wanted to share WarBound's position on
the matter. Rest assured WarBound fully supports gun control. In fact,
WarBound believes everyone should support gun control. The problem is,
an accident or a missed target could result if you don't support and practice
Gun Control. Below is the correct and incorrect way of controlling your
gun...

When controlling your gun it is crucial
to have a firm grip!
I cannot stress the importance of this
enough! While the firearm is discharging, large forces are transferred
to and absorbed into the holders hand. To maintain alignment to the target,
the last thing you want is a firearm shimmering in your hand...worst yet
actually becoming displaced from the hand and falling to the ground. In
a hostile situation, being prepared for follow up discharges is mandatory
in preserving one's ass.
An additional note is to maintain this
firm grip throughout the firearm holding session. If you pull your firearm
it is usually for a purpose, therefore control must be maintained until
the firearm is stored once again.

This is what I think all those Gun
Control headlines are talking about...
Closely notice that this is an example
of poor gun control. The grip is loose. The thumb, middle finger and ring
finger are not securely placed. Prior to this firearm ever getting a chance
at the main target, a secondary target could approach from the rear or
side...the slightest contact could cause the firearm to be displaced from
the hand and fall to the ground.
That aside, the main hostile target may
get missed during a discharge due to this poor grip. The forces created
could mis-align the barrel axis during the firing. If you are going to
discharge you have to do it correctly and you want the odds in your favor
that the target gets hit.
